Informational Estimates: All nutritional values, calorie counts, and macronutrient breakdowns generated by our AI (Google Gemini) are mathematical estimates only.

No Professional Relationship: Use of this App does not create a doctor-patient or nutritionist-client relationship. These results are NOT a substitute for a professional evaluation.

Consult a Professional: You MUST consult a certified physician or nutritionist before starting any diet or exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, eating disorders).

Assumption of Risk: The AI can misidentify food or provide incorrect data. You use the information provided by this App strictly at your own risk. Calometrics is not liable for any health complications or damages.

AI-Powered Services (Google Gemini)

The App utilizes Google Gemini AI to analyze food images.

Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy of food identification or nutritional data.

User Uploads: By uploading photos, you grant us and our AI providers (Google) the right to process the image to provide the service.

Regional Legal Compliance (LATAM)

Argentina (Ley 25.326): Users have the right to access their data for free every six months. The Agency of Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the regulatory body.

Mexico (LFPDPPP): You exercise your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition) by contacting calometricsapp@gmail.com.

Brazil (LGPD): Data processing is based on your explicit consent for sensitive health data.

Colombia/Chile/Peru: By using the App, you provide "Prior, Express, and Informed Authorization" for the treatment of your personal health data.

Account Deletion and Data

You may delete your account and all associated health data at any time via the "Settings" menu in the App. Once deleted, data is unrecoverable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including local consumer protection laws), Calometrics and its developers shall not be liable for any damages, health issues, or losses resulting from the use of AI-generated estimates.
